First started the PODXS 070 contest in PSK31.This did start at 0:00 UTC saturday morning till 23:59 UTC in the evening.I wasn't active in this contest and didn't know if it was a big one or not.
When the contest ended...i had just 7 QSO's logged.
Not too much activity was seen here at my end.But still i was happy to have worked 2 stations from NA on PSK.This are new DXCC for me,as i didn't work the US before on 40 in that mode.
Also in the same time on saturday was the Mongolian RTTY DX Contest.
In this contest there was more activity on the bands.Also got logged one station from Mongolia,JT1BE.Saw him calling CQ all the time and did try to work him...but no luck in the start.Few minutes later i did try again and bingo.
Total of 151 QSO's into 34 DXCC's.
Hallo Bernard, ik heb ook nog gezocht naar stations in de PODXS070, maar heb er geen enkele gehoord. Dus ben er ook maar niet aan begonnen. Welke contest ga je volgend weekend doen? HA-DX?

Hoi Bas,
BeantwoordenVerwijderenja HADX en ook UKDX RTTY.Zal in de avond wel de RTTY contest zijn.Had vorig jaar in beide contesten 100 QSO's en zal dat proberen te overtreffen.
Maar afwachten wat de propagatie doet natuurlijk he.
Ga jij nog wat in contest doen?

BeantwoordenVerwijderenis always nice to have some more qso then the year before. I may never reach your results, but I try each time to give my best. Soon I hope to have better TX with filters.
